Taylor Kelley

A 4th Degree Blackbelt in Taekwondo with over 15 years experience combined studying the arts of boxing, muay thai, and taekwondo, and has been teaching since 2012. Taylor is also an ACE certified personal trainer, and focuses on using a variety of movements derived from martial arts to give a full body workout that will enhance stability and coordination while improving cardiovascular performance.
